Architecture

We provide as much or as little input you require to complete your project: from a few hours verbal advice only to complete documentation and project management. As such we offer:-

• Explaining the design, documentation and approval process.
• Assistance in formulating a design brief.

Interior Design

Our services include:-

• Colour consultancy and advice on location at your premises or in our office.
• Options for colour schemes and finishes.
• Assisting you formulate your design brief.
• Presentation boards of final colours and finishes.
• Selection of all finishes, including tiles, carpet, cladding, timber, lighting, door hardware, taps, bathroom fittings, cabinet work and so on, if required.
• Design of interior floor plans and features such as archways, bulkheads and feature walls.
• Furniture design of an item you may require.
• Virtual 3D images of completed work.

Landscape Design

From basic planting advice to complete landscape design and documentation of the largest project is catered for. Currently minor plant plans and such plans for Town Planning (Material Change of Use) Approvals are carried out in-house: the services of local qualified sub-consultants are engaged for more detailed projects.

Master Planning

Essential to all major projects is considering the final use of the entire site. We specialise in master planning design, particularly in the areas of Aged Care, Residential, Education and Retail. We offer:-

Project Management

Should you require, we offer a complete design, documentation and contract management of any project. This can be undertaken in the traditional Architectural Approach or in an even more detailed, approach. That is, we can administer your project construction phase with periodic site inspections, certification of Builder’s claims and dealing with construction issues on site or we can be on-site constantly overseeing the works in more detailed, management orientated services.

Graphic Presentation & 3D Modelling

All degrees of quality are offered. All work is performed in our Rockhampton office with our local, highly qualified CAD team. We offer:-

• Basic 2D and 3D images.
• 2D and 3D images for Town Planning submissions.
• High quality marketing plan images.
• High quality marketing perspective images complete with furniture, landscaping and the actual adjoining properties.
• Fly-through movies and animations.
• Detailed colour images of various sizes.

Fees

Because of the specialised nature of our work and the fact that every project is unique in its requirements; it is difficult to provide a fixed, standard fee schedule.
